I wanted a small salad with a different twist to it.
Out came the parmesan cheese.
I grated about 1/2 cup and placed heaping
tablespoons on parchment paper.
Cook at 400 degrees for about 3-5 minutes.
When they come out they're very hot so be careful. I place them on small shot glasses and mold them over. You could probably place them in a muffin tin but I just like the way they look on the glasses.
I put small amounts of mixed greens with olive oil and avocado.
It's a perfect size for a little bite.
Of course, always room for a latte.
Love my French canisters.
Hope you like the little bite

DeleteHello Jody...
ReplyDeleteWe have one thing in common on parmesan cheese. I used to do mine with salad and seafood mix as toppings. Amazing easy but honestly yummy, right?
But, to tell you, I am drooling with your drinking glasses... wow! how I wish I could get those color.
Happy mid-week.
