MADELEINES

Carly and I decided to make cookies and blog about them. We found this recipe in a Martha Stewart cookbook. They are baked in special pans of different sizes. Madeleines were made famous by Marcel Proust. They're a light dessert and  especially good with fruit.

  1. Madeleines are so elegant and yummy. I have a pan and only have made them once. Hmmmm what did I do with that pan? I'm inspired.
